Doug has decades of residential and commercial building experience across the Southeast. Throughout a long and successful building career, he’s acquired extensive knowledge of every aspect of the construction process. Prior to becoming a builder, Doug spent several years in the HVAC industry, bringing that critical knowledge to every Atlas project.

Debra brings her extensive knowledge of sustainable design, construction and urban planning to Atlas and their projects from her years in the government, corporate and the nonprofit sectors. She helped to launch the iconic CSX High Line Park in New York City, and played a key role in acquiring and assembling the network of Beltine parks and trails in Atlanta. Previously, Debra led a range of successful community development projects including the construction of housing, schools, health clinics and more.
