ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units)

Add extra living space easily

More space is more attainable than ever thanks to steel frame construction. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are small, self-contained residential units located on the same lot as a single-family home. They are also known as in-law suites, granny flats, or garage apartments and allow property owners to add a second, smaller living structure on their parcel.

ADUs are affordable to build and have been shown to increase property value in amounts significantly larger than their cost—as much as 35%.
